Drydock Center controls approximately 125 on-site parking spots which are supplemented by a 1,100 covered parking garage at the end of the building
We are expanding our parking continuously.
Tenants of Drydock Center normally are allocated one parking spot for every approximate 2.200 leased square feet. There is a reasonable rental fee for on-site parking which is a fraction of downtown Boston's rates. On-site visitor and handicap parking is provided. The garage is open 24 hours daily and has hourly, daily and monthly rates.
