Drydock Center has 8 floors, 281,000 square feet and is thoroughly modern.
Each floor has developed its own interesting personality. Some floors are high tech with vibrant colors, stone and epoxy floors. Other floors are occupied by full floor tenants who define their own look.
The types of tenants are diverse with a trend to high tech light manufacturing. Tenant uses include Class 2 and 3 laboratories, assembly rooms, R&D, trades shops, distribution and administrative support.
Tenant's premises range in size from full floors of 36,700 square feet to small suites of 1,500 square feet.
High capacity freight elevators and modern passenger elevators are easily accessible by the common spaces on each floor. Five loading docks allow for quick and efficient access to the freight elevators.
