Security & Fire Protection
Drydock Center’s security and life safety systems are extensive and modern. Recent upgrades throughout the building include:
• video surveillance throughout the common areas and entry points;
• electronic access control at all common area access points;
• systems upgrades to comply with the most recent fire protection codes;
• new fire alarm system that allows integration of tenant systems;
• new elevator controls to ensure smooth and safe operation;
• emergency generator back-up of all common area life safety systems.
