Loading: Seven (7) covered tailgate-high loading docks.
Interior Detail: Most tenants choose to emphasize the ample natural light by enclosing interior areas in glass.  Finishes often include brightly colored sections of wall and artwork.  Floor coverings are usually carpet or wood in offices and epoxy in lab and storage areas.  Several BL2 labs are in the building.

HVAC: Heat provided by two 7.0 million BTU Cleaver Brooks gas-fired boilers and distributed via hot water fin-tube radiator units along the perimeter walls. The second unit acts as a back-up and provides supplemental heat during the coldest days of winter. Units are modern and well-maintained. Tenants provide their own cooling and supplemental heating via individual floor package units installed at the tenant's expense.

Internet: Verizon provided fiberoptic with a stand-alone optical digital loop carrier node at One Design Center (other end of the Drydock Building) supported by a redundant service which is monitored 24 hours per day at the Verizon alarm center in Taunton.
Elevators: Two (2) electric passenger elevators. Three (3) large capacity 10,000 lb., 18'x18'x18', freight elevators. All elevators are substantially new.
Security: Tenants typically use a card key access system. The building is open 24 hours daily. Video monitory (IP accessible) is in the planning phase.
